About the role
Kairos Services is an AI consultancy in Dubai. We build automations, train teams to use AI properly, and now and then talk a client out of a chatbot they don't need. This internship starts with what you're studying and finds where it fits in a live project. A digital business student helps us find new ways to reach clients. A design student builds real client assets. A psychology student studies how people actually adopt AI at work. Remote, a few hours a week, built around your classes.
What you will do
Work on one live project matched to your major, with a clear goal from week one.
Learn and use the AI and automation tools we run for clients.
Research, test and report on ideas, then see the good ones go live.
Join a weekly 30-minute check-in with the founder.
Present what you built at the end of the internship.
What we are looking for
Currently at university, any major, any country.
Curious enough to try things before being told how.
Reliable: when you say Thursday, it's Thursday.
Comfortable working in English.
6 to 10 hours a week.
No AI experience needed. Refusing to learn is the only dealbreaker.

Questions and answers
Do I need AI or coding experience?
No. We train you. You bring your major and your curiosity.
Is it paid?
It's unpaid, capped at 8 hours a week, and you get training, a reference letter and a portfolio project.
How many hours, and when?
4 to 8 hours a week, on your schedule. We only need 2 to 3 hours of overlap with Dubai time (UTC+4) for check-ins.
Can I get university credit?
Yes. We sign your university's internship agreement and complete their evaluation forms.
Can I apply from outside the UAE?
Yes. It's fully remote, with no relocation or visa involved.
What happens after 3 months?
You present your project. Strong interns can extend, and some may be offered paid project work.
