// client terms
Terms for employers.
These cover your company's account on Kairos HR: posting jobs, reading the applications they receive and using the hiring software. You accept them when you register, and they sit beside our general terms of use. Anything commercial, such as what you pay, is in the written agreement between your company and Kairos Services LLC-FZ, not on this page.
What Kairos HR is, and is not
Kairos HR is a job board and a provider of hiring software. It is not an employment agency or a recruitment agency, and it does not act as one. The software reads and marks the applications your jobs receive against what you asked for, but every hiring decision is the employer's: who to shortlist, who to interview, who to reject, who to hire and on what terms. Any contract of employment is between your company and the person you hire.
Your account
- Who may register
- Register only for a company you work for and are allowed to act for, with your own work email at that company. The first person from a company creates its account. Anyone who registers later with an email at the same company joins that account: they can post jobs and follow their own, and they see candidates only once our team has given them that access. Tell us if somebody joins who should not have.
- Your sign-in is yours
- Do not share your password. Each colleague registers with their own work email. What is done with your sign-in is your responsibility, so tell us straight away if you think somebody else has it.
- Keep your details current
- The name, position and phone number you give us are how we reach you about your jobs. Keep them accurate, and tell us when somebody leaves your company so we can close their access.
The jobs you post
- A job must be real
- Post only a vacancy your company genuinely intends to fill. Do not post a job to collect CVs for another purpose, to test the market, or for a role that is already filled.
- A job must be accurate and lawful
- Describe the work, where it is and what it pays honestly. An advert must follow UAE law. It must not ask for or prefer candidates by age, gender, nationality, religion, marital status or disability unless the law allows it for that role, and it must never ask a candidate for money.
- We review a job before it goes live
- A job you post is not published until our team has reviewed it. We may edit an advert for clarity or format, or so it meets these terms. We may send it back to you with a note, decline it, or take a live job down if it breaks these terms or the law. Changes you make to a live job are reviewed the same way, and the advert stays as it was until they are approved.
Candidates’ personal data
The applications your jobs receive are personal data about real people. Your company is responsible for them, and we process them for you. Use them only to consider each person for the job they applied for. Keep them confidential, share them only with colleagues who need them for that decision, never sell them or pass them to another company, and do not keep them longer than you need them. Contact a candidate only about their application. Handle all of it as the UAE's personal data protection law requires, and tell us straight away if you think somebody has seen what they should not have. Our privacy notice says what we do with it.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape or export the platform in bulk, do not use it to send anybody anything they did not ask for, and do not try to reach a part of it you were not given, including another company's jobs or candidates. We rate limit and we block.
Suspending an account
We may suspend or close your company's account, or one person's access to it, if these terms are broken, if a job is not genuine, or to protect candidates or the platform. Where we can, we will tell you why first. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
What you pay
These terms set no fee and no payment. Anything commercial is agreed in writing between your company and us, and only that agreement sets it.
What we are responsible for
We look after the platform, but we do not promise it will never be down and never contain a mistake. We are not responsible for a hiring decision, which is always yours, or for what a candidate says about themselves. Where your company has a written agreement with us, that agreement says what we owe you and how it is limited. Nothing here limits anything the law does not let us limit, including fraud.
Which law applies
The law of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai deal with any dispute.
If these change
The version on this page is the one that applies, and we record which version you accepted and when. We will not change them retrospectively to cover something that already happened, and we will email you before a change that affects you takes effect. Our general terms of use also apply. Questions about any of this go to privacy@kairosservices.ae.
