Half the requirement is not on the CV

A licence category, a customs clearance authorisation, a warehouse system somebody has actually operated rather than seen. Put the ones that matter in your application questions, so you know before you book an interview rather than during it.

The shift pattern decides more offers than the salary does

Somebody who cannot do nights is not a maybe, and finding that out at offer stage costs everyone a month. Say the pattern in the listing, not in the fifth conversation.

Notice periods are long and counter-offers are common

An operations lead leaving is a hole somebody has to cover on Monday, so expect their employer to try to keep them. Ask about notice and how they would answer a counter-offer at the first interview, not at the offer.
