About the role
The Marketing Manager owns social media, content and paid digital advertising for the organisation, with the primary objective of generating qualified student enquiries across our target markets. This is a hands-on role: you will plan campaigns, write and brief content, run paid media budgets, and report on results — working closely with the counselling and business development teams to keep marketing aligned with actual intake capacity and admissions timelines.
What you will do
Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns (Meta Ads as the primary channel; Google and LinkedIn Ads as secondary channels) to generate qualified student leads.
Own campaign budgets end-to-end: targeting, bidding, creative testing, and reallocation based on cost-per-lead and conversion performance.
Build and manage retargeting and lead-nurturing sequences (email and WhatsApp) in coordination with the CRM.
Own the content calendar and voice across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn — reels, carousels, stories and student-success content.
Brief and direct designers, videographers or freelancers to produce on-brand creative.
Manage day-to-day community engagement and respond to enquiries received through social channels.
Plan marketing activity around key intake cycles (e.g. September and January admissions rounds) in coordination with the counselling teams.
Produce marketing collateral and digital assets for education fairs, school visits and exhibitions.
Coordinate student-ambassador and testimonial content, and identify partnership or influencer opportunities relevant to target markets.
Track full-funnel performance — awareness, lead generation, nurture and enrolment — using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and CRM reporting.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership, with clear recommendations.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends across represented study destinations.
Work closely with counselling and business development teams so that campaigns reflect real course availability, deadlines and visa timelines.
Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all offices and markets.
What we are looking for
3–5 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally within education, study-abroad, immigration or another service-led, lead-generation business.
Hands-on, campaign-level experience with Meta Ads Manager is essential; experience with Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads is a strong plus.
A genuine content sense — comfortable writing copy, briefing creative and judging what will and won't perform.
Working fluency with performance and reporting tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM platforms).
Excellent written and spoken English.
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines across several markets at once.
Data-driven and organised, but equally willing to get hands-on with day-to-day content and community management.
What you get
Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
Performance-based incentives linked to lead generation and enrolment targets.
Visa sponsorship for the successful candidate.
Room to grow the function as the organisation expands across the region.
